Common questions, answered.
What does ₹999 a month actually include?+
One business, up to 5 users and one branch, with the whole ERP switched on — invoicing, inventory, POS, purchases, finance, the double-entry books and every built-in report. Products, customers and invoices are never metered: we do not charge per invoice or per document.
Is the price inclusive of GST?+
Yes. ₹999 is what you are charged — GST is already in it, and you get a tax invoice for the full amount so you can claim input credit. The same is true of the ₹2,999 ecommerce add-on.
How does the free trial work?+
Sign up and your workspace is created immediately — no card, no sales call. You get 14 days of the full product with nothing held back, so you can load real data and decide properly.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Your account switches to read-only rather than being deleted. You can still sign in and read everything — invoices, ledgers, reports — but new entries are blocked until you subscribe. Nothing is lost, and paying unlocks it again straight away.
How do I pay?+
By card, UPI, net banking or an auto-debit mandate through Razorpay, from the Subscription page inside the app. If you subscribe through our iOS or Android app instead, Apple or Google handles the payment and it renews through your store account.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, from the Subscription page at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. A subscription bought through the App Store or Play Store is cancelled in that store account rather than in the app.
I need more than one branch — what then?+
The ₹999 plan covers one branch and up to 5 users. Multiple branches, e-invoicing, manufacturing, RFID, the portals and the granite modules are sold on agreed terms — talk to us and we will price it around what you actually need.
Is annual billing available?+
Yes, at ₹9,990 a year — two months free — but it is arranged with our team rather than self-serve. Online checkout is monthly. Get in touch and we will set it up.
Is the mobile app included?+
Yes — the Android and iOS app is part of every plan at no extra cost. Your team signs in with the same account and the same permissions.
Is Hisabe GST-ready?+
Yes. Every invoice computes GST automatically — IGST vs CGST+SGST from state codes, HSN on each line, GSTINs throughout — and the GST report builds GSTR-3B in the portal’s layout with an ITC register, HSN summaries and a TDS register, all exportable for your CA. E-invoicing with a real IRN and signed QR, and e-way bills, are available on Enterprise.
Is the accounting suite extra?+
No. The chart of accounts, Account Master, journal vouchers, opening balances, trial balance, P&L and balance sheet are part of every plan, including the ₹999 plan and the trial. So is the hand-off to your auditor’s desktop package.
My CA uses a desktop accounting package. Do I have to stop?+
No. Hisabe exports the books — ledgers, groups and vouchers — in that package’s native XML for any date range, or keeps it in step automatically through a small connector on your CA’s PC. The vouchers they receive are the ones Hisabe posted; nothing is typed twice.
What about my data?+
It is yours, in its own dedicated database schema, separate from every other customer. Every report exports to Excel (.xlsx) whenever you want a copy — including while your account is read-only.
