We build Hisabe for the people behind the counter.
SMBs run India. We think their software should respect their time — and their margins.
Hisabe started as an answer to a stubborn problem: most ERPs are either expensive and rigid, or cheap and brittle. Multi-branch retailers, hardware traders and granite yards kept settling for tools that didn't fit.
So we built one — and kept building. What began as billing and stock now runs the whole operation: production from bill of materials to finished goods, every rupee through the daybook and bank statement, commissions and salaries for your own people, self-service portals where customers and vendors see their own accounts, and a companion app for Android and iOS. A POS sale, a portal order and a production run all post to the same books. One system, one ledger.
We still obsess over the boring parts: a POS that doesn't freeze mid-rush, a barcode label that prints right the first time, GST that ties to the paise. Because for the operators we serve, "mostly works" means lost trust at the counter.
One system, one ledger.
Four principles, applied to every release.
Operator-first
Every screen is shaped by feedback from counter staff, accountants and owners — not by abstract personas.
Vertical depth
Instead of a generic ERP, we ship what each trade needs — measurement sheets for granite yards, landed costs with freight and hamali for traders, shift-based POS for retail counters.
Modern, not bloated
Fast, keyboard-friendly, and visually calm. No 90s-era forms or 12-tab settings hunts.
Long-term partner
We get the same staff trained, set up the same printers, and stay involved through your growth.
Run your business on numbers, not guesses.
See Hisabe live with your own data. We'll set up the demo and walk you through the modules that fit your vertical.
